Matured for 27 long years prior to bottling, this impressive Single Cask bottling is available at a fraction the price of similarly aged distillery bottlings. Bottled at cask strength of 54. 6% ABV without chill filtration, producing a limited outturn of just 205 bottles. Colour: Pale golden colour. Nose: Warm, round, mature, rich buttery toffee sweetness with hints of vanilla. Palate: Full, rich, soft toffee / vanilla with hints of nuts and sweet cake. Finish: Full rich finish with climbing sweetness.
