Wine maker notes This wine is made by selecting all the vineyards of our property (22 hectares), thus obtaining a high quality wine for our basic wine made for all people and general consumption. We make the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then move to make the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels from 1 to 4 years where the wine remained for 12 months. The blend is Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon. Production of 25,000 bottles.
