Cabernet Sauvignon is a noble wine whose berry-black fragrance and flavor is a famous mixture of currants and cassis. It ages beautifully in our new French oak barrels, in that ancient interplay of time and tannin, to a deep, clear taste between medium and full-bodied that can only be described as classic Cabernet. Ours is a carefully considered blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Merlot ? for those first, second and third act sensations that linger on the tongue, and then in the mind and memory. Our grapes are grown in the most respected vineyards in the Napa Valley to insure the highest quality.
