It is both a vivacious tribute to the House’s signature Chardonnay grape variety and the enduring expression of Maison Perrier-Jouet’s specialist savoir-faire. To craft Perrier-Jouet Blanc de Blancs, Cellar Master Herve Deschamps blends Chardonnay grapes selected from several of the Champagne region’s finest terroirs with a small proportion of reserve wines to ensure absolute consistency of style and quality. Perrier- Jouet Blanc de Blancs awakens the senses with enticing aromas of hedgerow flowers and tangy citrus, a mineral freshness on the palate, and a lingering smooth, mellow finish - all of which add to the charm of this delightfully lively, luminous cuvee. A pale golden colour with hints of green. A timeless expression of Chardonnay. Enticing aromas of hedgerow flowers - elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle - and tangy citrus, awaken the senses. Production: Founded in 1811 by Nicolas Perrier and Adele Jouet. The foundation of the estate, located in Épernay, has always been Chardonnay. The maison owns 65 hectates of vineyards rated 99. 2% on the Grand Cru scale, including sites in the Cote des Blancs - Cramant and Avize. The cuvee is inspired by the historic Blason de France (1955-1990), Perrier- Jouet’s first prestige bottling, in partnership with Relais & Chateaux, offered only in the finest restaurants worldwide. The bottle’s slender neck and slight taper are modeled after the original cuvee. This wine is the triumphant result of 20 years of dedication by Cellar Master Herve Deschamps to source the finest quality Chardonnay grapes in the region. The cuvee embodies the Floral & Intricate style of Perrier-Jouet.

A vineyard of 65Ha ranked at 99,2% on the Grand Cru scale Five main 1/2 crus » featured in all Perrier-Jouet’s cuvees : Cramant (27Ha) & Avize (9Ha) in the Cote des Blancs, Chardonnay, 100% Grand Cru more than half of the Perrier-Jouet vineyard bring finesse and the typical floral notes (white flowers) style as well as length thanks to an optimum mid-hillside sunlight exposition. Mailly (9Ha) in the North of the Montagne de Reims, Pinot Noir: it brings power and elegance (less heavy than those from Bouzy or Ambonnay) through little red fruit notes. Ay (10Ha) & Dizy (10Ha), in the Vallee de la Marne, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier ?The Pinot Noir from A bring elegance through its fresh fruits notes ?The Pinot Meunier from Dizy (rated at 95%), located on the right bank of the Marne Vallee, brings roundness benefiting from warmer temperature than those from the Ardre Vallee. They bring generosity and are the bridge between Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs.
