A rich and elegant blended malt whisky from Compass Box. This blend of whiskies from Clynelish, Dailuaine, and Teaninich is initially matured in 1st fill ex-Bourbon casks that impart rich, creamy vanilla flavours. A proportion is then matured in custom made casks with a proportion of French oak that gives an added kick of spice. Nose: Banana, green fruit (apples & pears in butterscotch) malty vanilla, honey mustard, grassy, herbal and spiced oak. Palate: Sweet and toasted oak, creamy vanilla, honeyed nuts, sugared almonds, waxy orange curd.
