A flagship 12-year-old expression, described by Walker as ‘the heart of our range’ The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old has been aged in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso and virgin oak casks. "‘sweet butterscotch notes on the nose, and a taste of honey, marzipan and bananas, plus further lashings of butterscotch. " Bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration with the bottle labels including the words ‘From the valley of the rocks’, a translation of GlenAllachie’s original Gaelic name Gleann Aileachaidh.
