The Rare Dry Gin from Four Pillars, A classic but delicious gin with great citrus and just enough spice. Created to represent the idea of contemporary Australia: classic, approachable, spiced to perfection and lifted with great citrus. Above all, dangerously delicious, and made to enjoy in the world’s best gin drinks, always kicking off with a perfect G&T. Starting with the Yarra Valley’s clean, bright water, among the very best in the world, nine signature botanicals (Juniper, Orange, Lemon Myrtle, Coriander, Cardamom, Cassia, Lavendar, Star Anise, Angelica and Pepperberry) plus whole oranges are added to create a highly aromatic character, a Mediterranean warmth to support the spicier botanicals like cardamom. Each of these elements were distilled together in their magnificent German-made copper pot still, Wilma, until left with a beautifully clean spirit packed full of flavour.
