THE McCOY COCKTAIL - 1 1/2 oz. The Real McCoy Rum * 3 oz. Good Tonic - Stir ingredients gently in favorite glass. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and garnish with lime wheel & a dash of nutmeg.

Very versatile: Serves nicely chilled as an aperitif; pairs well with Latin, Caribbean and Meditteranean cuisine, as well as backyard barbeques and artisan foods -- neat, iced, or in a complementary cocktail.
