A malt-heavy, four-grain whiskey, comprised of several different batches, Keystone Whiskey is aged in premium American oak cooperage for 12 to 25 months. This decadent spirit's mash bill consists of malt, wheat, oats and rye and boasts a surprisingly complex, but a mildly sweet character and a pleasant finish. Those fortunate enough to try it will discover notes of maple syrup, vanilla, citrus and spices, while the flavors impart honey, malt, cinnamon, flowers and multiple grains. Rich amber in color, Keystone Whiskey is a worthy precursor of the whiskey to come.

History has handed down to us a lot of special places in and around Philadelphia---places brimming with natural beauty. In the Northwestern suburbs sits Montgomery County, home to communities as important to the history of this country as any others-the Revolution, the Civil War, industrialization-significant change and progress happened in this part of the country. And it's happening again.
An 18. 2-mile-long tributary of the mighty Schuylkill River cuts through the countryside and has become home to a winery, a brewery and, now, a distillery. First named by the Lenape Indians Man-en-tau-wata-wik, the place we meet to drink, and it means the same to us today. Manatawny Still Works is a state-of-the-art distiller of the highest quality, small-batch spirits handcrafted right on the same banks where the natives once drank.
THE SPIRIT OF MANATAWNY
Manatawny Still Works was developed to produce world class spirits with character in small batches. Our distillery is modern, but our practices are based on old world production with a reverent nod to the history of the region. From the Lenape Indians, whose name for the nearby creek we borrowed for our distillery to historical figures of importance, for whom we named some of our very first spirits. The spirit of Manatawny is focused on quality, but rooted in the past.
