Hell's Stone Whisky is inspired by the Cornish legend of the Devil's ambition to take Cornwall for himself, and the battle that ensued, resulting in the creation of Hell’s Stone or Helston. Distilled in a handmade copper pot still (affectionately named Jackson), the spirit is then aged in used oak barrels which contained craft beer produced at the distillery itself.
