Nose: Ripe red apple compliments clementine and honeycomb. Sweet demerara sugar notes give way to watermelon and a hint of grapefruit. Palate: Lemon sherbet and poached pear are followed by meringue. Notes of key lime pie develop alongside subtle black pepper. Finish: Medium-bodied with citrus and subtle spice.
