The spirit is matured in first fill bourbon barrels, but with an alternative finish in Guyanese Demerara rum barrels for a minimum of eight months. Cooked sugar, molasses and tropical fruit notes including coconut, banana, and sweet peach. Signature distillery qualities of rich oils, sea spray, and ripe fruits and spice.
