Nose An initial nose of freshly milled barley, clotted cream, toffee and honey. The suggestions of oak appear as coconut, custard creams and butterscotch. Palate A nice, creamy medium bodied palate with soft vanilla and toffee flavours. Pears dipped in honey and rich Chantilly cream. Finish The finish is clean, cooling and has hints of toffee like a butterscotch flavoured ice cream.
