Vineyard and Production Grape Composition : Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (72%) and Malbec (28%). Vineyards : La Pirámide Vineyard : Located at 3,117 feet (950 meters) in the Agrelo District, Luján de Cuyo Region. Domingo Vineyard : Situated at 3,675 feet (1,120 meters) in the Villa Bastías District, Tupungato Region, Uco Valley. Adrianna Vineyard : At an elevation of 4,757 feet (1,450 meters) in the Gualtallary District, Tupungato Region, Uco Valley. Soil : Diverse compositions ranging from deep alluvial loam with clay in La Pirámide, gravel-covered surfaces in Domingo, to alluvial, gravelly soils with limestone deposits in Adrianna. Vinification : Hand-harvested grapes undergo de-stemming and whole berry fermentation in new French oak barrels for 18 days, followed by 24 months of aging in French oak.
