General Information A smooth blend of Negroamaro and Zinfandel, locally known as Primitivo, which represent the quintessence of Puglia. Deep ruby red. Intense and bright aromas in the grapes, with a fruity and flowery bouquet. Mouth filling and well balanced sweetness and acidity. The finish is characterized by sweet fruit. Excellent served with red meat, barbecues and burgers and also vegetarian dishes. Farmers of wine is also a perfect match served with pastas accompanied by earthy sauces and aged cheeses.
