He is well known for his work with other wineries, but this is his own project in his homeland. Itata is where Chilean viticulture started 400 years ago . . . let's say he's going back to his (and the wine) roots of Chile. Itata & Cauquenes. "Imaginador" is predominately Cinsault - red fruits and complex soil notes. The palate is savory with notes of tomato, cherry, and saline, finishing on a faintly smoky note.
