Distilled by the young mezcalero Don Rodolfo Juan Juárez from 100% espadin agave, this small batch produced a run of 2,340 bottles total. Made in a minimal traditional method the spirit is distilled to a natural proof of 47. 7% ABV. Round and lithe on the palate the mezcal balances the flavours of the desert with minerals, smoke and sweet herbs.
