Leyendas Maguey Cuishe is made with agave karwinskii in the community of San Jeronimo Taviche, Oaxaca. Maestro Don Catarino Hernandez has been producing agave spirits for over 50 years. He generally oversees mezcal production at his palenque, which is done mostly by his eldest son Felipe. Leyendas Maguey Cuishe has aromas of earth and peaty smoke, with tasting notes of green apple and a spicy finish.
