Founded in the early 19th century by Irishman Bernard O’Phelan, this estate has become renowned for crafting wines that blend elegance with Saint-Estephe’s robust character. Wine Description This vintage displays a deep ruby colour with purple reflections. Aromas unfold with layers of ripe blackberries, cassis, and hints of violet, complemented by subtle notes of graphite and cedar. On the palate, it is medium to full bodied, offering a graceful structure with polished tannins and vibrant acidity. Flavours of dark plum, blackcurrant, and tobacco leaf are interwoven with touches of spice, leading to a long, savoury finish.
