The cooperative was established to provide a collective solution for the vinification, storage, and sales of their wines. Today, the cooperative represents 120 winegrowing families who use traditional skills passed down through generations to cultivate their vineyards. Their goal is to create wines that reflect the excellence of the Côte Chalonnaise terroirs. Wine Description This 100% 'Pinot Noir' has a deep purple or dark red core with black shaded edges. It has a lifted aroma of dark cherry, redcurrant, strawberry, and dried herbs. The palate is full, rich, and well-balanced with a juicy core of dark cherry and strawberry fruits. The tannins are silky, and the finish is earthy with notes of vanilla, cedar, and spice. It's a delectable and expressive wine with a moderate body.
