Corte Mainente is a family estate dedicated to preserving traditional Veronese viticulture, particularly through its cultivation of Garganega grapes using the pergola system on steep slopes. The Pigno vineyard is one of their signature crus, representing their philosophy of terroir expression and authenticity. Wine Description Corte Mainente Soave Classico Pigno 2024 is made from 100% Garganega, fermented and aged in temperature-controlled cement tanks. It presents a straw-yellow colour with delicate green reflections. The nose reveals floral notes of jasmine and chamomile, citrus tones of lemon and grapefruit, and hints of almond and green melon. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied with balanced acidity, fresh minerality, and a persistent almond-kissed finish. Food Pairing Ideal with seafood, white meats, and vegetable-based dishes, as well as risotto or lightly flavoured pasta.
