For a different white wine from Saillard, the 'Lucky You' cuvée is typically an uncommon blend of about 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. The 'Lucky You' cuvée also sees an élevage (maturation) of about six to eight months in neutral vats before being bottled without filtration.
