This Talisker expression, 'Molten Seas,' was matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in new American oak casks that were toasted using the heat from volcanic rocks from Skye. The nose offers hints of sea salt, fresh brine, and smoked driftwood, along with citrus peel and sweet malt.
